"I know we hid it around here somewhere!"

School board members, under the direction of Superintendent Mitch Hovey go on a treasure hunt, looking for all the taxpayer dollars that they have hidden away.

Does anyone know if the plans for the new school include a road?

Did the School Board factor in a road with the new school?

Why does a school need a road before it's built?

You know the old saying, "If you build it, the highway will come!"

Hey now! Come on!! Who needs a road?! After all, it's only a school. The kids going there will just be taught by teachers...nothing there worth concerning their little selves about.

They should be looking in the Ag Department at the high school, you know, under the pile of manure! Everything else seems to be buried in District BS around here.

This is the first honest work I've ever seen Mitch and the Board do. Maybe they missed their calling!

The new school site seems very close to the base of the Crafton Hills. I sure hope they know where the earthquake fault is; its not very far from there. Maybe they're really looking for evidence of recent fault movement.
